Our Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a product doesn't work out. Perhaps you ordered the wrong size banneton, or the Dutch oven wasn't quite what you expected. Whatever the reason, we're here to help make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. We want you to be confident in your purchase, knowing that if it doesn't meet your expectations, you're covered.
What Can Be Returned
- Unused items in original, unopened packaging
- Items with all original tags and labels attached
- Items within 30 days of delivery date
- Products in resalable condition
What Cannot Be Returned
- Used or opened items (including bannetons that have been floured)
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged through misuse
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at hello@everythingsourdough.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include your order number and return authorization (we'll provide this).
Ship It Back
Send the package to our returns address (provided in our response). You can use your preferred carrier. We recommend tracking for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
Exchanges
Need a different size or prefer a different product? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll help you find the right product. For size exchanges within the same product line, we'll cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost. For faulty items, we cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds usually appear within 48 hours. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
