Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients
- 200g sourdough discard
- 60g olive oil
- 5g flaky salt
- 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or oregano)

Method
- Mix discard, olive oil, salt, and herbs
- Divide dough in half
- Roll each half paper-thin between parchment
- Sprinkle with seeds, press gently
- Score into crackers with knife
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden
- Let cool completely for maximum crispness
